Description

Simple and reliable solid fuel boilers KHORS M1 are manufactured with a capacity of 10, 12, 14, 16 and 22 kW for heating residential buildings, administrative and household buildings.

They operate in heating systems with natural and forced water circulation, in open and closed systems with operating pressures up to 0.2 MPa. One load of wood provides 4 to 8 hours of heating (depending on the fuel, heating system, and outside temperature). The boilers burn coal, firewood (the best hardwood), and wood waste. Wood and peat briquettes, cardboard, wood chips, and pellets are also suitable.

KHORS M1 is a universal boiler with a two-pass heat exchanger, i.e. hot gases on the way to the chimney bypass shelves filled with water. To maintain the temperature in the boiler, there are places where a mechanical draft regulator and a discharge fan (turbine) with an automatic control unit (controller) are connected.

The fan is mounted on a removable mounting panel that is installed instead of a gravity gate in the ash pan door. Air is supplied from the ash chamber for lower combustion, or passes through secondary air deflectors for upper combustion, prolonging the combustion process.

To prevent the system from defrosting, an outlet is provided for the heating element as a backup energy source.
